گزارشی مستند از تابلوهای نقاشی، عكس‌ها و اولین تصاویر فیلمبرداری شده در ایران است كه به دوره قاجار مربوط است.

شاه قاجار كه مخالف سینماست و خودش فیلم‌ها را سانسور مي‌كند، عاشق یكی از هنرپیشه‌های داخل یك فیلم قدیمی می شود و برای آن كه به معشوق برسد، حكومت را رها می كند و به دنبال سینما می رود.

Synopsis:
The King, who is against cinema and censors the films himself, 
falls in love with one of the actresses of an old movie and in order to get hold of his lover he leaves the throne and goes after the cinema.

فیلم شبهای زاینده رود داستان زندگى يك استاد دانشگاه در رشته مردم شناسى و دخترش را در سه دوره قبل از انقلاب، زمان انقلاب و بعد از انقلاب روايت مى کند.
دختر استاد در بخش خودكشى بيمارستان كار مى كند. جايى كه هر لحظه كسانى را كه خودكشى كرده اند، براى نجات مى آورند. اين بخش هيچگاه از خودكشى كرده ها خالى نيست، اما دلايل خودكشى كنندگان در قبل و بعد از انقلاب متفاوت است. يكى از خودكشى كرده ها عاشق دختر استاد مى شود، به این امید که بهانه ای برای زندگی کردن بیابد. اما این عشق ناممكن است...

Synopsis:The film is about an anthropologist and his daughter, and it happens during three different periods: Before, during and after the revolution.The daughter works in accidents and emergency department of a hospital, where they bring in different suicidal patients, whom have tried to take their own lives by taking drugs. The ward she is working, is never empty of suicidal patients. The reason behind each suicide attempt is different form one person to another, especially before and after the revolution.

Synopsis:After Partial recovery from the impact of explosion waves, Haji a young combatant leaves hospital and advised by doctors to get married for perfect recuperation. His fiancée’s father is a businessman who is planning to marry his daughter to a rich man. While resolving the problem of marriage, Haji gains a new understanding of social problems. He relapses during the wedding and is taken back to hospital. Going over recent events he comes to the conclusion that battle front is the only place for him, and leaves the hospital before complete recovery.
